These terms and conditions apply to the use and membership in the Opinion United panel community. The operator of the panel community is Mewug GmbH, Brunnenstr. 185, 10119 Berlin.
Users have the opportunity to join the panel community and participate in surveys and product tests. Participation requirements include the user being at least 14 years old. Minors require the consent of a legal guardian. Users must not be employed in the market research or marketing industries. Users commit to providing accurate and truthful information.

Registration for the panel community is done online on the operator's website. Users are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration. Users are responsible for all activities on their user account. Users must choose a strong password, keep it confidential, and regularly update it.
The operator commits to complying with the privacy regulations. The disclosure of email addresses,addresses, and names for marketing purposes is excluded. Surveys are conducted by a market research company. The market research company stores and processes the survey responses.
The user agrees to the Privacy Agreement.
The operator reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of changes to the terms and conditions via email or on the panel community.
Users have the right to terminate their membership in the panel community at any time. The operator has the right to terminate the user's membership at any time without providing a reason.
If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are or become invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes relating to these terms and conditions is the registered office of the operator, unless the user is not a consumer.
